What we can help with
Questions about the changes in your body.
A nurse practitioner can talk through these and other concerns with you. This is general information, not medical advice, and not every concern can be assessed virtually. If another kind of care is the better next step, your nurse practitioner will say so.
Hot flashes and night sweats
Sudden waves of heat and sweating, often with disrupted sleep. Common during perimenopause and menopause.
Sleep difficulties
Trouble falling or staying asleep, or waking unrested, during hormonal change.
Mood, anxiety and low mood
Changes in mood, irritability, worry or feeling low that seem to follow changes in your body.
Irregular or changing periods
Cycles that shift, stop or become hard to predict.
Vaginal dryness and urinary changes
Dryness, discomfort or urinary changes that affect everyday comfort.
Sex drive and comfort
Changes in desire, or in comfort during sex.
Brain fog and memory
Trouble concentrating or finding words, or memory lapses.
Weight and body changes
Changes in weight, shape or energy that feel different from before.
Joint aches and bone health
Aches and stiffness, and questions about keeping your bones strong.
Heart and metabolic health
Questions about blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar as part of midlife prevention.
Hair and skin changes
Thinning hair, dryness or other changes to hair and skin.
Everyday and preventive questions
General women's health questions that do not fit a neat label.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 9-8-8 at any time. In a medical emergency, call 911.
Your care plan
A plan built around you.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. After listening to your history and your goals, your nurse practitioner will talk through what makes sense for you. A care plan can include:
- Lifestyle guidance, such as sleep, activity, nutrition and stress
- Non-hormonal and hormonal options, when clinically appropriate
- Tests or referrals, when your nurse practitioner recommends them
- Follow-up appointments to review how things are going
Any treatment is recommended only when your nurse practitioner judges it clinically appropriate, and prescriptions are issued at their discretion. ONRx does not dispense medication.

Who provides your care
Care is provided by independent, licensed Ontario nurse practitioners, regulated by the College of Nurses of Ontario. ONRx is the technology platform that connects you with them. You must be physically in Ontario during your appointment. Meet the team.
